Ingredient Nutella Brownies!

  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • Confectioner's sugar (optional; see note below)

1 _ Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Line an 8″ x 8″ baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-2" overhang on each side. Spray with a non-stick cooking spray.

2 _ Using the whisk attachment, beat the eggs on medium-high speed for 8 minutes.

3 _ While the eggs are beating, warm the Nutella in your microwave for 1 minute. Stir and let cool slightly (should still be warm to the touch). Turn the mixer to low speed and slowly add the Nutella — mix just till combined. Immediately transfer to your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or till a cake tester comes out clean.

4 _ Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Remove brownies from the pan — using the parchment sling as an aide — and cut into squares. Dust with confectioner's sugar, if using. Brownies will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Note: Because confectioner's sugar contains cornstarch, it is not considered kosher for Passover. You can omit it altogether, or make your own by combining 1/3 c. granulated sugar with 1/2 t. potato starch in a food processor or coffee grinder (process until fine).
