Fresh Peach Cheesecake


  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 4 small peaches (about 1¼ pounds), peeled, pitted, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1¼ cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup peach preserves
  • 2¼ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ large peach, peeled, pitted, very thinly sliced

  1. Cannot get the full recipe for the peach cheesecake. There is no second page to get directions.

  2. Why is it so hard to open the next page fir the complete recipe? Great recipes but I don’t know that it’s worth the frustration of trying to get the actual instructions to do it !

  3. I have to agree there is no arrow for the next page so this is one recipe will have to delete & not thinking about trying even though it looked great & wanted to try it
