Ingredients
- 1 (11-oz) package Nestle butterscotch chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (use crunchy if you like nuts)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cup crispy chow mein noodles
- Edible sugar eyes (found at Target, Walmart, and craft stores)
Instructions
1 _ Line a baking sheet with wax paper.2 _ In a large pot, melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter over medium-low heat stirring until smooth.
3 _ Add the marshmallows and chow mein noodles, stirring quickly to coat. The marshmallows will start to melt when stirring.
4 _ Drop by the spoonfuls onto the wax paper and add edible eyes if you desire. The key is to work fast.
