Flan Cake

Ingredients

  • 3⁄4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Flan
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cake
  • 18 1⁄4 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1 1⁄4 cups water
  • 1⁄3 cup canola oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

1 _ Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray bundt pan thoroughly with cooking spray.

2 _ Pour 3/4 cup caramel topping in bundt pan.

3 _ Whip flan ingredients (eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla) together with electric mixer.

4 _ Pour flan mixture into pan.

5 _ Prepare cake mix according to package directions.

6 _ Pour prepared cake mix over flan mixture in pan.

7 _ Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

8 _ Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before inverting onto serving plate. Caramel topping will drip down the sides.

9 _ Drizzle additional caramel topping over sliced cake before serving if desired.

10 _ Store in refrigerator.
