Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted

Instructions

1 _ Beat the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, spices, and eggs together.

2 _ Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3 _ Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over your mixture.

4 _ Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

5 _ Finally, drizzle the butter on top of this mixture.

6 _ Bake at 350°F for one hour.
