Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 11 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

1 _ Bring water and butter to a rolling boil.

2 _ Remove from heat and add flour.

3 _ Stir until forms ball.

4 _ Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each.

5 _ Put in greased 9 X 13 pan.

6 _ Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.

7 _ Cool.

8 _ Blend milk and cream cheese together.

9 _ Mix in pudding mix.

10 _ Cool.

11 _ Add cool whip as top layer.

12 _ Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
