Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Ingredients

  • 19 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

1 _ Cut one ice cream sandwich in half.

2 _ Place one whole and one half sandwich along a short side of an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan.

3 _ Arrange eight sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan.

4 _ Spread with half of the whipped topping.

5 _ Spoon fudge topping by teaspoonfuls onto whipped topping.

6 _ Sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts.

7_  Repeat layers with remaining ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping and peanuts.

8 _ Pan will be full.

9 _ Cover and freeze.

10 _ Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.

11 _ Cut into squares.

12 _ Can be frozen up to 2 months.
