Nancy's Coconut Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Pecans
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (9oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. Coconut Cream Pie instant pudding-sm.
  • 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • Coconut –toasted & sprinkle on top

Instructions

1 _ For crust, mix flour, nuts, sugar and Butter with pastry blender. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. After removing from oven, cool in refrigerator.

2 _ Next, cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 container of Cool Whip. Spread mixture on cool crust. Prepare pudding mixes, using milk. Pour over top of cream cheese and crust.

3 _ Top with remaining Cool Whip. Top with toasted coconut. Chill for several hours.
