Easy Banoffee Pie


  • 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
  • 1 can (13.4 oz) dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk)
  • 3 ripe medium bananas
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk chocolate-coated toffee bits (from 8-oz package)


1 _ Heat oven to 400°F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

2 _ Reserve 2 tablespoons dulce de leche. Spoon remaining contents of can of dulce de leche into center of cooled crust; gently spread to edge.

3 _ Slice 2 bananas; arrange on top of dulce de leche.

4 _ In medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over bananas.

5 _ Slice remaining banana. Arrange banana slices on whipped cream.

6 _ In small microwavable bowl, microwave reserved dulce de leche uncovered on High 10 to 20 seconds or until smooth. Drizzle over pie. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Store covered in refrigerator.
