Toaster Strudel Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Pillsbury™ Toaster Strudel™ pumpkin pie pastries
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar pumpkin butter spread
  • graham crackers

Instructions

1_ Preheat oven to 350°F.

2_ Grease 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.

3_ Toast each strudel per directions on the box and lay them flat in the dish.

4_ In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

5_ Beat in vanilla, white chocolate and eggs.

6_ Pour mixture over Toaster Strudels and smooth with a spatula.

7_ Bake for 25-30 mins. until center is just set.


8_ Remove bars from oven and gently spread pumpkin butter over top of bars.

9_ Cover and chill for two hours.

10_ To serve, cut bars into squares and top with strudel icing and crushed graham crackers.
