  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 4 cups confectioners' sugar

  1. That recipe doesn't go with that cake in the picture. It tells of a cake in a 9 x 13 pan instead of a regular cake, and the cake in the picture has way more coconut than 2 Tbs., and it doesn't say anything about toasting the coconut. Shouldn't put a picture on that doesn't match the recipe.
