Banana & Coconut Cream Pie w/ White Chocolate


  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 t coconut extract
  • 2/3 C white chocolate chips
  • 9 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 C toasted coconut


1_ Mix sugar and cream cheese on medium speed with a mixer until light and fluffy.

2_ Add coconut extract. Mix briefly until blended.

3_ Fold in cool whip.

4_ Fold in bananas.

5_ Scoop into graham cracker pie crust.

6_ Spread toasted coconut across the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until cream has stiffened.
