Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip


  • 2 packages cream cheese, room temp/softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce (I used Smuckers)
  • 1/3 cup toffee pieces (or 3 skor bars smashed)


1_ In a large bowl combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat on high speed to until nice and smooth.

2_ Lay out the cream cheese in a serving plate, then pour your caramel sauce over top.

4_ Sprinkle with your toffee bits/or skor pieces.

5_ Serve with apple slices and pretzels. ENJOY! ! 😊😊😊😉
