Cherry cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 whip cream

Instructions

1_ Preheat oven to 350

2_ Crush Graham crackers

3_ Add 1 stick melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar to Graham cracker

4_ Mix well and press into bottom of spring for pan

5_ Beat cream cheese till creamy

6_ Add sugar and vanilla and mix well

7_ Add 3 eggs one at a time until thoroughly mixed

8_ Pour on top Graham cracker crust in pan


9_ Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes

10_ Remove and let set at least 4 hours

11_ Using cake decorating bag and whip cream go around top of cake making a border and fill the inside with cherry pie filling.
