Cherry Swirl Cheesecake


  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 5 packages cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/2 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can whipped cream


1_ heat over to 325°F.

2_ line large spring form pan with foil with ends extending over sides.

3_ mix all ingredients for crust together and press into bottom of pan

4_ bake for 10 mins

5_ beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until wel blended

6_ add sour cream mix well

7_ add eggs one at a time on low speed

8_ pour half cheesecake mixture into pan spread evenly

9_ blend the half can of pie filling til smooth

10_ pour in little circles around the cake take a spoon and swirl around

11_ pour other half of cheesecake mixture on top

12_ using the rest of the pie filling pour in circles again swirlin again until desired design

13_ bake for 1 hr 40 mins or until center is almost set, cool completely

14_ open the other can of pie filling and pour on top of cheesecake and pour left over half on can of filling on cheesecake leaving about an inch from the edge

15_ using can of whipped cream decorate the edge of the cheesecake
