Ingredients
- 1 stickmargarine ( room temperature)
- 2 1/2 ouncevegetable oil
- 2eggs
- 200 gramfeta crumbled
- 1/2 bunchparsley
- 1/2 bunchdill
- 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
- 3 cupsflour
- to tasteSalt and red flakes pepper
- Nigella seeds to decorate
- 3 tbspthick plain yogurt
Instructions
1_ In a large mixing bowl mix margarine and feta cheese2_ ( separate one of egg's yolk aside ) add one whole and the other's white
3_ Add yogurt
4_ Add baking powder
5_ Add pepper and salt
6_ Add chopped parsley and dill
7_ Add vegetable oil and flour
8_ Mix all the ingredients well, dough will not dry nor too juicy , if necessary add some more flour.
9_ Give some shapes to dough, using parchment paper place on a baking tray, set the oven 375°F
10_ Brush cookies with egg yolk
11_ Add nigella seeds top of them
12_ Cook until they are golden about 20-25 minutes. Make sure bottom of the cookies also cooked ! Will come up with 20 cookies
