Cream Cheese And Pineapple Fridge Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 packagesCream cheese
  • 1 canCondensed milk
  • 1 canCrushed pineapple
  • 250 mlFresh cream
  • 1/2 packagesCremora ( powdered milk)
  • 3/4 cupLemon juice
  • 1 packagesTennis biscuit ( graham crackers)
  • 1/3 cupButter ( melted)
  • 1 envelopeGelatine
  • 2 tbspBoiling water

Instructions

1_ Crush the biscuits finely. Add melted butter. Mix well. Press into prepared pie fish.

2_ Beat the cream cheese and condensed milk together. Add cremora and mix well. Add lemon juice. Spoon in the pineapple ( including juice)

3_ Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.

4_ Whip cream until reasonably stiff

5_ Add slightly cooled gelatine into mixture. Fold in cream

6_ Pour into base and refrigerate overnight.
