Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1 Cup+ 2 tbsps All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 pinchsalt. (Do not use salt if you are using salted butter.)
  • 1 Stick (1/2 cup)Butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cupGranulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1 tbspMilk
  • 1 tbspSour Cream
  • 1/2 cupChoc Chips


1_ Combine the first 3 dry ingredients. (Flour, salt, baking soda)

2_ Beat the softened butter using an electric hand mixer til creamy and smooth.

3_ Add the sugars and mix well til it gets fluffy.

4_ Beat in the vanilla extract, milk and sour cream.

5_ Add the flour mixture into the butter/sugars mixture.

6_ Fold in the chocolate chips.

7_ Keep the cookie dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to baking.

8_ While the dough is in the fridge, pre-heat your oven to 350℉/180℃ for at least 10 minutes.

9_ Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

10_ When the dough is ready, form them into 1 tbsp balls. Give at least an inch space between them when you bake.

11_ Bake it for 8-10 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
You need to check it just to make sure that they don't over cook.
