No Bake Cheesecake


  • 250 grams Graham crackers/digestive biscuits (or more depending on how thick you like the base to be)
  • 100 grams Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 600 grams Soft cheese
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Double cream
  • Strawberries or any topping you like


1_ Start with placing the crackers/biscuits in a food processor. Add in the butter and mix

2_ Press crumbs firmly into a8/ 9 inch pan... And chill in the fridge for 30 mins

3_ In a bowl mix in the soft cheese with vanilla and sugar

4_ Beat until smooth

5_ Add In the double cream and continue mixing until well combined

6_ Now spoon the mixture on top of the crumb base and level out evenly

7_ Leave in the fridge to set 4-6 hours or overnight

8_ Decorate with your favourite toppings

9_ And serve cool for family and friends!
