Oreo cheesecake cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lbcream cheese (2 8 oz packs)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2room temp eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 22oreos

Instructions

1_ Preheat oven to 275

2_ Line cupcake tin with 16 liners

3_ Place an oreo in the bottom of each liner

4_ Mix cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar until well incorporated.

5_ Add one egg at a time and mix well.

6_ Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and salt.


7_ Roughly chop remaining oreos and fold into batter by hand.

8_ Fill each cupcake liner to the top with batter.

9_ Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the batter is set.

10_ Cool completely on baking rack and then refrigerate in tins for at least 4 hours.
