Oreo Cheesecake With Raspberries & Blueberry Syrup


Cheesecake Base
  • 15Oreos (with filling)
  • 30 gramsButter
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 500 gramsPhiladelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1000 mlWhipping Cream
  • 1 cupPowdered Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
Blueberry Sauce
  • 250 gramsBlueberries
  • Water (Depends how thick sauce you want)
  • dashLemon Juice
  • Sugar (Depends how sweet sauce you want)
  • 6 gramsCornstarch
  • Roughly chopped Oreos
  • 1Blueberry Sauce
  • 100 gramsRaspberries


1_ Blend your Oreos in a blender.

2_ Melt your butter and mix it with Oreos.

3_ Put your Oreo mixture in a cake tray and bake it at 180°C/350°F for 5-10 minutes

4_ Whip up your cream unitill it doubles in volume.

5_ Whip your cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

6_ Mix together your cream cheese mixture and whipped cream.

7_ Optional: You can add some oreos to your mixture

8_ Put all your ingredients for the blueberry sauce together in a sauce pan over medium to high heat.

9_ Let it cook for a few minutes to thicken up. And pour it over your cake.

10_ Add crushed Oreos and raspberries to decorate and put the cake in a fridge to chill for a few hours. Then serve your delicious cake! Enjoy!!
