Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

brownie
  • 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla extract
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1/3 cupcocoa
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
pumpkin cheesecake
  • 4 ozcream cheese
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 cuppumpkin puree
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  • 1 tspflour

Instructions

1_ Preheat oven to 350°F

2_ Combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until creamy.

3_ Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

4_ Transfer to a greased 11" by 7" brownie pan.

5_ In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar.

6_ Add egg, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg and beat until well combined.

7_ Stir in flour.


8_ Drop spoonfuls of pumpkin mixture on top of brownie batter. Drag knife across top of batter horizontally and then vertically to create a "swirl" effect.

9_ Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheesecake layer is set.
