Breakfast pie


  • 1 box Pillsbury pie crusts
  • 1 lb Jimmy Deans sage sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 packages Southern Mills country gravy
  • 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup diced frozen potatoes
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • salt and pepper


1_ Cook potatoes, sausage and onion in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven according to package. While that is cooking make gravy according to package. Set aside. Scramble eggs and cook. Set aside. When sausage is fully cooked add the eggs and gravy. Mix. Place one pie crust in pie pan fill with gravy mixture. Top with cheese. Put pie crust on top and pinch the edges together and cut slots in crust. Bake in oven until filling is bubbly and crust is a golden brown.Let cool for 5 min before cutting. Enjoy!
