Cheesecake shots


  • 250 grams phillidelphia cream cheese
  • 400 ml condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon rind
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 250 grams granita biscuits
  • 125 grams butter
  • 600 ml thickened cream


1_ At room temp blend the cheese til creamy

2_ Add condensed milk, lemon juice and rind. Blend till smooth, refrigerate.

3_ Crush the biscuits and melt the butter combine til well mixed.

4_ Grease a round oven tray and line with baking paper.

5_ Pour biscuit mixture onto tray and using a flat bottomed glass press the mixture evenly around the tray. Refrigerate.

6_ Having refrigerated ingredients for 1 to 4hrs start layering your shot glasses with cheescake filling and cream.

7_ Next chop the biscuit slab into shards for decorating...Enjoy!
