Crab cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of lump crabmeat (you can get it from your local market)
  • 1 pack of old bay crabcake seasoning
  • 1 row of crackers of your choice I used Keebler Club Original Crackers or you can use Panko Bread crumbs
  • 1 Mayo of your choice
  • 1 Olive oil of your choice

Instructions

1_ Add your ingredients enough mayo to make it wet and stick to your crackers

2_ add light amount of olive oil

3_ Brown on both sides....

4_ Game Over!!! Now you can either eat with sides of your choice i.e French Fries ...make it into sandwich form with potato bread, lettuce, tomatoes or topping of your choice.
