Frozen banana split


  • 24 ice cream sandwiches
  • 6 medium bananas (sliced)
  • 12 oz jar hot fudge sauce
  • 10 oz maraschino cherries, drained and finely chopped
  • 8 oz package milk chocolate covered toffee bits, crushed and divided
  • 12 oz jar butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 8 oz cool whip, thawed 


1_ Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil.

2_ Cover bottom of pan with half of the ice cream sandwiches, cut to fit if needed.

3_ Top evenly with banana slices.

4_ Pour hot fudge sauce over bananas.

5_ Add cherries and 1/2 of the toffee bits.

6_ Pour butterscotch evenly on top.

7_ Cover with remaining ice cream sandwiches, cutting to fit if needed.

8_ Spread top with cool whip.

9_ Sprinkle remaining toffee over top

10_ Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours

11_ Remove from pan using foil, cut into squares and serve!
