OVER THE TOP CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE OREO PARFAITS

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 sleeves oreo's cookies crushed for bottoms
  • 1 handful of mini-marshmallows - per parfait
  • 1 box white chocolate pudding mix( small box)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese- softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 oreo's for top

Instructions

1_ Crush oreo's . Stick them in a zip -lock bag & crush them. You do not want crumbs but not large chunks either. Set aside.

2_ To make oreo fluff: combine white chocolate pudding & 2 cups milk. Beating with electric mixer until smooth. Allow pudding to sit in fridge for 10 minutes.

3_ Once set take 1/2 crushed oreo's & 1/2 container cool whip & mix them with pudding. Return to fridge until needed.

4_ To make chocolate cheesecake. In a small sausepan over low heat. Combine chocolate chips & cream. Stir occasionally. Until chips are melted & smooth. This may take 10 minutes. But keep on low heat.

5_ Once melted remove from heat. Combine the melted chocolate with the cream cheese with electric mixer. Beat until smooth & no Lumps.


6_ Too Assemble: Put 3 Tbsp. Of oreo crumbs in the bottom of each parfait glass. Place a handful of mini marshmalliws on top of crumbs.Next add 3 Tbsp. Of OREO fluff on top of marshmallows.on top of oreo fluff add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake filling. Using about 3 Tbsp.Use a spoon to smooth it out.into an even layer.

7_ Top parfaits with cool whip. I like to put it in a pipping bag. Pipe it on top. ( You do not have to do that) . Top each with oreo.
