Rainy summer day cake


  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 100 grams dark chocolate
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp flour
Cream 1
  • 1 packages frozen forest fruit
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 cup water
Cream 2
  • 300 grams white chocolate
  • 1/2 liter cooking cream
  • 1 vanilla bean


1_ Separate egg yolks and whites. Mix egg whites. Add sugar, vanilla sugar to egg yolks and mix it. Melt butter and dark chocolate and pour it slowly to the mixture of egg yolks and sugar, then flour and baking powder, again mix it good. On the end put egg whites and stir it just with spoon. Bake it 20-30 min on 180 deegres.

2_ Put frozen fruit, sugar, vanilla bean and water into the cooking bowl, cook it until boil. Mix it.

3_ Put cooking cream, white chocolate and vanilla bean to cook till boil.

4_ After base is baked, leave everything on room temperature around 15 min. On base put cream one and then cream two. Put it into the fridge at least 6 hours. Decorate and enjoy! :)
