Easy Peasy Cheesecake


  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 packs - 12 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 graham cracker premade pie crust or you can make your own
  • Toppings of your choice


1_ Beat together well the cream cheese and powdered sugar.

2_ Fold in the whipped topping.

3_ Pour mixture into pie crust.

4_ Top with anything you like. I usually use blueberry, strawberry or cherry pie filling. On the cheesecake in the photo I drizzled caramel sauce and sprinkled crushed Heath candy bars.

5_ Refrigerate until eaten.
