Rosti-potato pie


  • 500 grams potato
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 60 grams butter
  • parmesan cheese


1_ We wash the potatoes and we put them in salt water to boil for about 25 minutes. Afterwards we let them cool down,they must be could because we are going to grate them.Before we season them with salt,pepper and garlic powder.

2_ We heat a pan and put in the butter.when it melts we add the grate potatoes.We tap them until they form a compact mass.

3_ We cook them 5 minutes on each side.At the end we sprinkle the shredded parmesan.
