Through my experience with my “smoothie diet” this was my favorite one.
Ingredients
1 medium banana
5 large strawberries
1 medium apple with peel
1 cup 1% or skim milk
2 packets sweetener (optional)
4 ice cubes
Directions
Cut up all ingredients and place in blender. Leave apple peel on for added fiber. Add milk, sweetener, and ice cubes. Mix well in blender until smooth.
