This recipe turned out really, really good.
Ingredients
4 grilled (skinless) chicken breasts, chopped
2 cups steamed frozen green beans
1 1/2 cup cooked long grain white rice
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 tsp sugar
8 oz low fat cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grill chicken breast about 40 minutes or until done. Let cool. Chop chicken up into bite sized pieces.
Cook rice according to package. You can use instant if desired. Steam green beans in a steamer or cook in microwave according to package.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
You can top with canned french fried onions if desired. (I didn’t have any on hand)

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups almonds, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat chicken with dry ingredients. Dip in mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Roll in almonds. Let stand 10 minutes.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Place chicken in pan. Bake 30 minutes.
Turn; bake until tender, about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds
6 tbsp onion, chopped
Directions
Mix sugar and chicken together in a small bowl. Mix remaining ingredients and mix with chicken.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir fry in a Wok for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Serve over rice or pasta.
