Ingredients
6 potatoes, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tbs salt
1/4 tsp pepper
7 c water
1/3 c butter
13 oz can evaporated milk
Directions
Put all except the milk into a large pan and bring to a boil. Cook over a medium heat until the potatoes are tender. Turn heat to low, add milk and allow flavors to blend for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
1 C water
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 c milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c half and half
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions
Cook broccoli in 1 cup water, do not drain. Place in blender milk, cheese and flour and process at grind until mixed. Add to broccoli. Add half and half. Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat until thick.
